Scrying Out Loud for Impulse

The performer explains that water is an amazing element; it connects all of us and it holds energy very well. A thought is just a bit of energy. Imagine putting a thought into a glass of water where it can be felt and read!

A participant (#1) is selected and asked to jot down the month he was born in on a piece of paper and fold it up so no one can see. The performer takes the paper containing his thought, rips it up and drop the pieces into a glass of water. Let’s say it is March.

The performer now dips his finger into the water, stirs the pieces a moment and then hold the finger still. After a moment, he announce that he know what the month is but offers to let another participant experience what he does. The performer holds the glass and ask the second participant to dip her finger into the water and hold it there and be sensitive. She is to call “stop” if she experiences a tingling of energy in her finger (she is not to guess) while the performer recites the months of the year. As March is said, she calls, STOP”.
