Talos — The Raven’s Talisman

A Northwest Coast legend, reborn as a mind-reading talisman.

Long before the world had light, Raven stole the sun and moon from the Great
Chief’s cedar box. Now that legend lives in your hand, literally.

Talos is a beautifully finished coin/pendant talisman bearing two faces: Sun
on one side, Moon on the other. As you retell the Tlingit myth of Raven’s
theft, Talos quietly reads which side rests face-up in your participant’s
palm, and reports it straight to your phone or smartwatch in real time via
Bluetooth and the ArcaneHub app. No peeks, no fishing, no awkward glances at
your hand. Just you, the story, and impossible knowledge delivered exactly
when the tale calls for it.

How it plays:
The routine walks your participant through the myth in real time. They hold,
hide, and reveal the talisman at key story beats while you divine which symbol
is showing, seemingly through nothing but the tale itself. Handling notes
cover safe palm positioning and dramatic reveals (opening the hand one finger
at a time, like a coin production).
