I don’t know where how Joe Silkie and I came up with the Three Little Bears for the first time, probably trying to make each other laugh.
I do remember that it was presented as a gag, and not a magic trick. Thanks to Chris Sipes he made the effect look like we hoped it would.”
Three Little Ghosts wander around the spectator’s hand going to the bathroom and back to bed until the baby Ghost can’t find the bathroom and ends up wetting in the spectator’s hand. (I love this one!)
It was not tell November 2019 when I had some time to visit John at his home in Florida and he preformed this effect that I realized how strong this effect was and I fell in love with it.
I remember when that water hit my hand, I thought “SHIT that was good!” When I got back home, I could not get this effect out of my mind and came up with Three Little Ghost! I called John, and he loved the change from Bears to Ghost. So was The Three Little Ghost Born!
Two presentations come with this effect John and Joe’s lecture “Spooky Stuff” presentation and Chris’s bonus color changing ghost presentation.

I’ve always loved the idea of the rapping hand, but have never liked the ones that I’ve seen in the past; they just seemed too contrived.
This version is the first one that I’ve seen that actually made any sense, so I knew that I had to add this to my arsenal, but I’ve learned that in the realm of bizarre effects, what you actually receive doesn’t always live up to the hype. Not this time…this is an AMAZING piece, and far exceeded my hopes and expectations!
An amazing idea from John Ferrentino, and incredible craftsmanship from Chris Sipes…
