A powerful neodymium magnet is hidden 1mm below the surface of one face of the die. The roll of the die can be affected by a second magnet, either to attract or repel. It can be controlled through a thickness of at least 20mm (4/5 inches) of wood. Commonly used in conjunction with a magnetic finger ring, a magnet strapped to the operator’s knee pressed against the underside of a table, or an electromagnet built into the rolling surface. The rolling movement is unnatural when it is brought to a halt by magnetic attraction, therefore it should be disguised by dropping the die into a rounded-bottom container such as a glass or mug, or hidden beneath a dice shaker or handkerchief.
To order the dice, look at it die number, and that number is the forcing number. If you order the Die “6” then the number 6 is the forcing number. Place the die with any number other than the opposite “Forcing” number down and turn on the Trek and the die will move so that the forcing number is face up.
Example: If you order die “1”. The opposite of that number is “6”. Place any number but 6 face down above the Trek and turn it on and the die will move so that the number “1” is face up. For even better control use a strong magnet strapped to your knee and raise it under the table right under the die and the die can then be made to force both the 1 and the 6.

Rolando (store manager) –
“This is an unsolicited observation regarding the products that Chris T Sipes sells. I finally got to see his work up close and personal at the IBM convention. Really really good stuff. The aging process on everything looks natural and beautiful. The Work and method that his boxes operate on is amazing and the method will soon be used by many other box makers. I ended up buying a couple of things from him. As I said this is unsolicited, but I think it’s important to support people in our area of magic when they do great work. Chris it was a pleasure meeting you and Ferrentino. I’m looking forward to buying a few more things from you guys. All the best Rolando”
