Although I like the product, your customer service is the worst! It took over3 months to receive the Coil! I have ordered 3 products in the past. I have had to call and badger you and wait months for each product. I can understand this once, maybe twice but 3 times! I also found it almost impossible to contact you with the methods provided at your website! That’s just poor customer service. I will not order anything from your company again, and will warn fellow magicians to do the same.

Over the past few years, I have been open about my ongoing medical condition, which has made it challenging to keep up with orders. I am pleased to inform you that I have now recovered to about 90%, and I am working diligently to improve our order fulfillment process. Currently, orders for in-stock items are shipped within the same week, and non-stocked items are built and mailed in the order they are received, now within a month.
Regarding the difficulties in contacting us through our website, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We are actively working on improving our customer service and communication channels to ensure a better experience for our customers.
